I read recently that you were opening a new restaurant in Edinburgh and would like to offer my C.V for consideration regarding any roles you may have for bar or waiting staff.
I am an experienced front of house staff member with experience in waiting, bar work, and supervising staff. Not only can I change barrels and make an excellent range of cocktails, but I’m firmly in my element when performing my duties and people say I’m a lot of fun to be around when I’m working.
