I have been working as a sales consultant for 12 years in the real estate industry and have never had a dull day yet. With a BA (Hons) degree in Business & Marketing from London’s Regent University, I take the approach that every person I meet provides me with an opportunity to enrich their lives with great new products and services. When researching your company, what caught my attention wasn’t the fact that you have over 30 years of experience in dealing with great property sales. Nor was it the fact that after expanding your operations to include 3 new branches in 2017, you have since won numerous awards including Property Agency of the year award in 2021, and Best Property Agency/Consultancy in 2022. What really stood out for me is the fact that you make it your priority to take social and corporate responsibility within the communities you serve, and on top of that, you always strive to challenge yourselves to become stronger and more efficient – and as a professional who constantly challenges themselves to do better – this is something that I strongly identify with.
The part I enjoy most about sales consultancy is the time I get to spend in appointments with my prospective clients. I am self-motivated, professional, and passionate about real estate. With a focus solely on the customer, I use strongly honed presentation techniques that revolve around introducing effective facts and figures at the right times in my conversations to build lasting customer relationships, and I have an abundance of experience with qualifying enquiries, booking and confirming appointments, supporting agents to progress deals, as well as assisting with sales contracts and closing deals.
