I am an experienced retail assistant whose spent over 8 years working in the retail sector. I heard about your company through Nationaljobsunlimited2000 and was really impressed by the success you’ve had. I think the fact you’ve managed to build an international chain spanning over 11 countries after having started your first store here only 25 years ago is a remarkable achievement. I also think your motto of providing quality clothing at affordable prices is a very shrewd one. I’m writing to you because I think you’ve done fantastic things in the retail sector, I’ve got lots of experience in the industry, and I’d be very interested in any retail assistant positions you may presently have available. I’m also experienced enough to efficiently perform any other positions you may have available on the shop floor too!
I graduated from high school 6 years ago with 4 A level qualifications. Since then, I’ve worked for several retail outlets, including some of the biggest names on the high street. Each role has presented me with different challenges and rewarding experiences. Over the years I’ve also received many types of accolades from the employers I’ve worked for. These include employee of the month awards, awards for sales performance, and numerous other types of performance recognitions. I’ve also received several certifications from different training courses that I’ve completed over the years too. All of these are things that have helped me grow as a retail sales professional and have enabled me to continuously improve upon the service experience I am able to provide for my customers.
I love fashion and when new seasonal trends come out, I’m always the first in line. I thoroughly enjoy this line of work and always start each day with the belief that I can make the day a little brighter for the customers I assist.
