I have been working as a chef for 12 years now and have reached the rank of sous chef, but would be happy to consider a senior chef de partie role or even junior head chef just to get on board with you
With a chain of more than two dozen restaurants and plans to open even more, I believe your success has been down to the quality of the cuisine you serve, and I would love to help you continue offering the quality dining experiences your restaurants have become renowned for
I am experienced with many different types of cuisine such as British, Italian, French, Chinese and Indian, and have also done fusion cuisine in the past as well
As a member of staff under your employ you will find that I am creative, organized, and possess excellent attention to detail when it comes to food preparation. The kitchen is such a fun environment and I’ve had so many great experiences in previous roles that I’m easily able to provide references upon request
