I am writing to you because I’m very interested in any opportunities you might have for a skilled construction worker to come onboard and join your team.
I specialize in brick laying but am also a proficient carpenter and can employ other useful skills such as general laboring as required. I take great pride in my craft and am not satisfied unless I know I’ve delivered the best workmanship possible. Throughout my career I’ve been praised for how well I follow instructions, and I am adept at working flexibility to suit the needs of my clients. I most recently plied my trade for a small construction firm where I worked as part of a close-knit team completing a range of various construction projects for our valued clients. While they have since sadly closed, I was so proud of the work we did that I saved some of the showcase photos from my old employer’s website for my own portfolio, and I am happy to show you some of the great work we did if you’d like to see the type of work you can expect me to deliver for you.
As a construction firm with over 30 years’ experience in residential housing construction, I was particularly drawn to the fact that safe working is very important to you, and I think the fact you were shortlisted on the Construction Safety Excellence Awards (CSEA) this year is an excellent achievement.
